Description
Momo made chocolate for everyone in her class for the Valentine’s Day party they’re having. The only one she was most nervous to give it to was Shouto… She had been avoiding him all day. The half-n-half user noticed this, and wondered why he was the only one to not get any chocolate from the creation heroine. He usually doesn’t care about the frivolity of Valentine’s Day, but he can’t ignore this tight feeling in his chest towards his seat mate.
When Shouto spots Momo alone, he takes his chance to confront her. Waltzing up to her, she already tries to avoid him, so he traps her between his arm and the cold wall behind her.
“Yaoyorozu…why are you avoiding me?”
“T-Todoroki-san..?!”
“Did I do something to offend you?” he asks, genuinely curious as to why she won’t stop running away from him. It shouldn’t bother him this much, but it does.
“I…the truth is,” Momo begins with flushed cheeks, “I’ve been wanting to ask you something, but I’ve been too afraid.”
“What it is?” Momo sucks in a breath to gather her courage before she asks, “Will you be my Valentine?”
Shouto just has a stunned expression on his usually stoic face. He wasn’t expecting this to be the reason why she was avoiding him so much.
“Ah, sure.”
Momo beams her famous smile at him, and relief washes over Shouto. She’s back to her usual self, and he finds himself smiling with her.
