History: Koa was born and raised on Serene Island and has lived there for most of his life. He enjoyed his life with his village, playing on the beach, building boats and huts, hunting and fishing, and just being a good member of the village. His relationship with his parents were very good, he listened to them well and did as he was told by the village leaders, parents, and adults. His life was uneventful, to be honest. He was never involved with drama with the other villagers and was quite happy. Though he was growing tired of his simple life. He wanted to do something more with his life, he just didn't know what.

One day, he saw some travelers in the sparse dungeon plains and was curious about them. He asked them some questions and he learned about the land of Ethovalon and the Global Communication Setup Foundation, or GCSF for short! He learned about the three branches and he inquired about the rescuers, interested in helping others in danger. He learned about a team called Songburst who are always hiring new recruits. He was hooked on the spot and he traveled back with them after giving his village a proper goodbye.

He met up with the team leaders and grew friendly with one of the leaders, Benwick, who really liked his laid back attitude. After much discussion, the other leader, Mary Jane, agreed to let him into the team.
