Yeah, but I think Bendy didn't bite himself when he went feral first time. That time I think he roared at the blockhead and then chased him for a while until the Devil snapped him out of it. I think this is the first time he's bitten himself, and I'm honestly not sure why.
Maybe Bendy is biting himself to feel a physical pain rather than the emotional torment that was thrust onto him, so he wants to feel something other than emotional pain possibly? And that's very sad :c
