I just got done watching Disney's "Little Mermaid" for the bazillianth time, and I thought, hey I wonder how the story would go if Arial (sp?) was a mer-MAN? Anyways, not that this is the male version of her or anything.... 
I spent most of my time on the lineart and actually used CS2 for this instead of OC! (the colors were done in OC though...) Anyways... when I was done drawing it, I was all thinking of all the fantastic things I could do with the color... but then I got tired and did whatever. XD Sorry if it isn't as pretty as it should be. Cheers!

^_^ I actually do have a story for them. I wrote it for my short fiction class. Our assignment was to take a disney story and rewrite it. Maybe I will upload sometime. The dark haired one is just annoyed with his friend's complacent attitude towards humans.

yes, the man... er... merman... in the back (the dark-haired dude) is also a merman. His fins are just blue instead of gold.
