Name: Joe
Race: ??? - possibly an elf of sorts.
Age: 17
Height: Tall.
Personality: Joe is a simple fellow. When he's not happy, he's sad, and when he's sad, he's probably working. Joe works part-time as the janitor of Judgement Day academy, so that he may make enough money to pay the JD academy tuition. He often gets pushed around because of his job, but he is determined to finish high school so that he may become a man of GREAT EXPECTATIOOOONNNNNSSSSsssssss.
When his mouth is open, he's either crying, eating, talking or breathing very loudly. When his mouth is not open, he quiet. But this is common sense. His eyes are open when he needs to see, and they are closed when he blinks, sleeps, takes showers, or cries (there are other times too, but it would take too long to list them). When he is hungry. He likes to eat.
He has a pipe and a monocle, because he thinks they make him look gentlemanly, even if the pipe can only blow bubbles.
(He's also a pushover. A massive. Massive. Pushover.)
Powers: For some reason, he is able to make bubbles come out of his pipe, despite the fact that there is no soap in it. Perhaps this means his pipe is imbued with soap and water type abilities, maybe Joe is the one with the powers?

I. Kind of wanted to make something like my "Let's Take a Walk" picture. So that's what's up with his pose. Also... his sleeves are really long, because... I... was too lazy to draw hands *dies*

If I put up the huge version of this picture (x200), you would be able to see that I colour really lazily. XD
but... you only get the reduced version, because it looks so much nicer.
