pictures from cold, cold ottawa.. the big building is the supreme court of canada.. the cloud only looks black because of where the sun is.. it's actually very white..there is a close-up of the stack in this deviation: [link]

I like the concept of mankind's pollution blotting out nature (the sun). it's a very powerful statement. I also enjoy the colors and the composition. Very well done.
