Very cute. :3 its head was somewhat like Axolotls just with tentacles instead of gills. In fact, ti's exoskeleton was covered with soft, rubbery tissue that formed rows of small tentacles along its sides and two larger, branching tentacles on the sides of the head. the creature could manipulate objects with them.In the dream, I have resurrected a couple of weird trilobite-like creatures and kept them in a bowl with water. The creatures, however, crawled out and explored the house being very inquisitive and generally behaving like young cats. :3 Maybe trilobites are aculy felines. Regards, scientits.

In one of my Casper fan-fics, just before I hit my peak, I had a world conqueror named Easelman or Loplop (Maximillian Ernest when he was still human) who used monstrous artifacts to overthrow all nations and subjugate all peoples.
1 - Trilobugs.

3 - vans (magically run vehicles, using no fuel. became inoperative once ...)

Oddly enow, Loplop gave up in disgust, because Casper organized such resistance that the effort was too much and was not worth it. Loplop left -but turned up in the next novel ,conquering Oz. There, he WAS finally and decisively defeated !
I had started a sequel where Loplop invaded Earth-2 (JSA )., as a round-robin collaboration bet me and a now former correspondent. He was to write chptr 2, with notes for the next installment, and then I'd write the next and so on. BUT before I could even broach the idea for the project IT ALL BEGAN IN ROCKEFELLER CENTER, he decided I was a jerk and dropped me ! The chptr now stands as an unfinished item. That was 22 years ago.
I no longer write fan-fics. After DARK LEGACY I began to burn out and, tho ideas came, I no longer had the oomph to do them. What I wrote,both complete novels and fragments, will stand as they are.
I've been a writer all my life and even wrote & published a few serious articles for now defunct computer magazines. BUT in my twilight years, I just rest on my laurels...

Są stawonogi, które zachowują się w bardzo koci sposób, tylko że to skakuny a nie trylobity. Jeden z największych skakunów, Phidippus regius ostatnio stał się nawet dość popularny w hodowli, ja mam kilka osobników i czekam, aż samice złożą kokony.

Polują w niemal identyczny sposób. No i postrzegają świat głównie za pomocą wzroku (a do tego widza wyraźnie i w kolorze), co jest unikalne wśród pajęczaków (większosć innych gatunków reaguje głównie na drgania podłoża wokół nich) i co za tym idzie skakuny stale uważnie obserwują otoczenie a tym wcale nie przypominają innych pajęczaków zachowaniem. Poza tym skakuny są najinteligentniejszymi stawonogami i naprawdę to po nich widać. Wyraźnie uczą się, potrafią modyfikować w pewnym stopniu swoje zachowanie i są daleko bardziej świadome otoczenia niż jakiekolwiek inne stawonogi. Pomiędzy ptasznikami czy skorpionami a skakunami jest wyraźnie intelektualna przepaść, ptaszniki i skorpiony zachowują się jak zaprogramowane automaty, a skakuny są naprawdę sprytne, inteligencję mają minimum na gadzim poziomie.
Jeden gatunek skakuna, Potrtia fimbriata, który żywi się innymi pająkami (czyli nieudane polowanie oznacza dla niego śmierć a nie brak posiłku, a więc ma strasznie silną presję selekyjną na to, by nie popełniać błędów) jest naprawdę zdumiewająco inteligentny, stosuje wiele różnych technik pościgu lub zwabienia ofiary w pułapkę zależnie od gatunku który uda jej się namierzyć a przy tym radzi sobie z podkradaniem się do ceu okrężną drogą tracąc go po drodze z oczu (tzn. celowo oddalić się od ofiary po to by później do niej podejść od lepszej strony). Ah! There are scientists in the Wonder City of Yarkand who often resurrect extinct animals, or even produce hybrids born from a mixture of fossils, which are often sold as exotic pets. These tentacled trilobites in particular are very popular pets there. Very intelligent, charming, sturdy, and good for careful children. Indeed, large arthropods, such as the giant riding spiders, are seen as cuter and more desirable than puppies or kittens, in Yarkand.
