Game (Good):
He will ask Sissy for some tools to patch up a patient. If Sissy gets the wrong tools, Apple will get a bit mad but sigh and ask her to try again. Finish before the timer runs out. If the timer does run out before he is finished, then Apple will sigh and thank Sissy for helping. If she does finish before time runs out, the Apple will thank sissy for helping and complimenting her that she was a good assistant.
Game (Bad):
An rpg like scene will play, where Sissy has to fight Apple. He will use doctor’s items as weapons (Syringes, surgical knife, etc.). If Sissy loses, Apple will cut her open and take her organs while she is still conscious. If Sissy wins however, Apple will collapse on the floor and start to cry, sorta having a panic attack.
