Description Here's the digital painted version. Started up by trying to do some speed paint, but ended up having one stroke too many and than just what the hack! I'll just finish this! Gave it more head space to balance up the heavy shadows below, do tell me how ou guys feel about the transition from ink sketch to paints. Comments and Critics welcomed guys!!

Sweeeet. The selective detail and fluid painting style give this a very dreamlike quality.

Fascinating concept. The hair is very well done, and the entire colorscheme and anatomy really gives power to the title.

this painting just has so much undisputable kickassness. like, damn straight. and the hair is so amazing, how do you get such detailed strands? do you use paths?

Thank you! I painted the hair using the oil camel brush from Painter mostly, I enjoy the process of adding hair n fur so usually I would try my best to get the best possible result.

Oh my god... And I was flipping out over the sketch Oo
Beautiful transition, it only accentuated everything and brought it out rather than masking it over or anything like that. Awesome detail. Beautiful color choice. Holy sheit, man.

I got refrences from Frank Frazetta's art on the color and paint techique, his works really inspired me since a kid. Thanks for the comments, Cheers!

Sorry for the long wait and I owe everyone an apology too, actually most of the time I was doing more concept design and character sketches and I didn't really do paints a lot. But I have to start somewhere to improve, so to make my skills more complete. I'll be attempting more paints for better now, I guess I owe my monochrome characters that much. Hehe. Thanks for the encouragement man, really appreciate it. Cheers!

Your art is simply amazing! I like this version the best because the color and extra head space gives it more depth and a sense of space. Awesome! ^^

The sketch kinda started out with just a design and gesture draft, but I was building up the layouts and colors as I was doin the paint (All thanks to the fantastic refrences from Frank Frazetta's artbook.) Thanks for your comments man ,Cheers!
