I am not an Evangelion fan, but you did an amazing job with the pose and the shading too. Robo or mechas are a pain to color or draw so I commend you for taking the time to draw this. THe BG looks nice with a colored sillouhette of this character.

I'm usually not a big fan of manga but I've never seen this kind of style before.
People are so picky about connecting lines to each other and make colors blend perfectly, you broke those rules. Thumbs up for that!
