And last but not least, here's Raphael, the hot-headed, authority-challenging, angsty turtle of the group.

I'm undecided whether I like the wise-cracking Raph from the old series or the thuggish Raph from the new series.
To be fair, Angsty-Raph was closer to the original personality he had in the comic, and therefore truer to the character.
Sometimes he can seem a bit of a jerk, but Mikey's usually there to take him down a notch.

I recently watched an episode of Season 6 - Fast Forward (it's not that bad, people. Give it a shot!) in which Mikey created a grumpy, pouting puppet of Raph, which he used to mock him every time he complained about being in the future. It was so funny that for my Raph art submission I was tempted to ditch the old design and recreate that scene in 3D instead. But no, this is not a homage to TMNT:FF, it's a celebration of the franchise as a whole, the inspiration it had on us all and the gigantic turtle-geek that I was when I was a kid. Long live TMNT!

Just in case you're curious, this isn't the last ninja turtle related artwork I'm planning to do, I still have a few more characters left to immortalize in polygonal splendor.
