Description
That is actually a very funny drawing for me.
I drew it when i was waiting for my eye-surgery and i had this dream, which of cause was hardly realistic like all dreams, where I was strapped to the operations table and the doctor manages to stumble at the door - scalpel in hand - and skids all the way to me and pokes me in the eye with it.

That dream made me think and laugh at the same time.
Anyways the reason i did this was partly the dream, which while it lacked Death as a persona it had my demise in it, and a song by the austrian band "Erste Allgemeine Verunsicherung (EAV)" called "Der Tod".
In that song death is portrait as a skeleton wearing a black (trench)coat and a hat, and I always wondered what that would look like.

And since hospitals usually don´t tend to have Computers and Internet for their patients I was torn out of my usual habiat that blocks my drawing, so i gave it a shot.

One of my first pictures where the cloths folds don´t look completely wrong.

Plus it´s not another portrait. ^_~
