This is my blue ribbon winning dress from the 2019 NC State Fair! All of the fabric and beads came from little shops in the garment district of NYC that I visited when I was with my sister last summer. The category I entered was "short or long party dress", hence the title. I first entered that category in 2017 and didn't place at all. Then I tried again in 2018 and won 3rd place. So I'm glad to see my years of work finally paid off!
