Roy Batty is the culprit of the movie's story for leading a renegade Replicant group to hijack a shuttle by killing twenty three people, pilots and passengers, and travel back to Earth (destination: Los Angeles) to demand a longer lifespan to their creator Eldon Tyrell, who fittingly compares Roy to the biblical figure.

Much like the two missing members of Roy's group, the escape of the rebellious Replicants is likewise not shown in the film.

So in my take, the shuttle they used is based on this scrapped concept art for the escape shuttle in Alien by Ron Cobb: i.redd.it/c87s01e1xrr11.jpg
From space, I imagine the unstable world of Blade Runner to look pretty ugly, from all the pollution and natural imbalance the Earth is probably not a blue marble anymore. And I think there would probably be a shitton of satellites, space ports and bases polluting the planet's orbit.
For the colors of the shuttle's interior I had in mind the Moon Rocket Bus from 2001: A Space Odyssey where the passengers compartment was lit in blue while the cockpit was red.

I kinda hope they never show what space and the Off-World colonies look like in the canonical Blade Runner universe, I believe it's better to leave it up to our imaginations, especially when Roy describes the "things you people would not believe" he saw.
