In the city of Matmata in Tunisia, there is this place, a small part of a troglodyte town.George Lucas came here to shoot some scenes for the Attack of the Clones Star Wars movie, depicting a city of tatooine
Lucas used a lot of Tunisian references. The Burnous are traditional coats, and jedi wears that. South of Tunisia, there is the city of Tataouine, where some shots of the phantom menace were done.

Putting aside that I am a Star Wars fan, I find that this shot is visually appealing. Love the 'old' feel that radiates from this site - and because it has noone in it or any human activity it feels like we are 'strolling' through silent streets that speak of an ancient civilization long gone. Hmmm, it mind have added more visual interest (and changed the feel of the image) if you had one lone person sitting on the steps.
