Her weapon is a pair of tonfas created from water, able to hold their shape by tiny electromagnets (it's complicated). Her semblance is foresight; she's able to see into the future. However, the further she looks, the more uncertain it is (and the more strain it puts on her mind). As such, she only looks a couple of seconds ahead.
