Description a homage to one of my favorite artists H.R. Giger and to a wonderful friend.
this one is made out of clay and was glazed with a copper patina. it's about 8 inches tall and is pretty heavy. the glaze i used is pretty unpredictable. other pieces i've done have came out white with brown splotches while others were solid green. but i am happy with how this turned out. thanks for looking!

This is a beautiful piece. Wonderfully worked and Giger-ish-ly weird. And I've never seen a copper glaze look so coppery!

and yeah i was surprised at how well the glaze turned out. the last time i tried it it was mostly white and brown :S
