I rarely ever post sketches on my DA so I thought I'd start with some Daken flesh for ya. Does he ever wear a shirt? He shouldn't. The main goal of this sketch was to try and make him look Eurasian (hapa, for those of you in the know), as so many artists neglect to do that. He's an undeniably sexy character, I basically had to draw him. Maybe more of him to come... I find mohawks to be a bit out of style so I wanted to make his a little more modern. Love the strong solid linework and his expression. His smile and his eyes have such life to them dont see that too often in these kinda drawings.
