This is the Queen of the Necromancers and her eternal dragon. People say she can summon an army of undead, devastate the city and awake ancient monsters. However, the Queen knows that she must give a part of her immortality for every life she making, and therefore she dont need to conquer the world, but if one day someone encroaches on her possessions in distant frozen lands, then no one can stop her.
