Species: Barred Owl (Strix varia) / Domestic Cat (Felis catus) -- Maine coon
Size: Roughly average, but looks a little larger because of fluff

Personality: Cadence has a tendency to be shy, but she warms up to acquaintances quickly, especially if they offer her something tasty. This is a griff who LOVES good food. So much so that she's even tried a few of those fancy human concoctions that can occasionally be squandered from nearby camps. She's experimented with trying to cook a little bit on her own (in secrecy from her parents, of course), but it's tough when you happen to be blessed with clumsy paws instead of dextrous talons. Her love of food has caused her to be a little on the chubby side, but she doesn't mind.

Overall she tends to be cheerful, warm, and intensely curious. She's not really one for fighting and religion is something that doesn't particularly interest her, but she goes through the rigamarole to keep her parents satisfied. She is also very fond of sleeping, when she's not eating, attempting to cook, or spying on the humans she's so fascinated by.
