I made this one a few months ago when I had some free time on my hand. Well say whatever you want about the G.I. Joe franchise but this guy is cool. It's hard not to be when you're dressed in all black eh? He had to be done by me... Some of you guys might remember the neck below from my ID illustration, well I couldn't resist. I used one of my own action figures as reference.Enjoy!
