Description
Had been working on another character for a while now, and I finally managed to solidify his appearance. Vincent here is a snow dragon, age 44-ish. He owns, manages and operates the Northern Star Boot & Gear Outfitters boutique, which provides boots and clothing for various outlets and needs, such as seafaring, farming and construction industries. He also caters to the biker and 'superhero' social areas as well. It's a fairly diverse store in terms of offerings, generally speaking, and he even offers repair and bootblacking services. Usually he runs the store by himself, but at times he'll offer jobs to students and others needing a little income.

Vincent's a gentle soul. He's somewhat fatherly in his dealings with others and quite knowledgeable of his products (especially boots and seafaring/farming areas).

A few things about his outfit: he'll wear shoes sometimes though as his store is in a coastal region with fishing and farming businesses, it's often rather wet or mushy. As a result he'll usually be wearing those boots. Many of his products, like his boots, have his company logo on them, which he is pleased to have shown. His belt buckle always has some snow or water theme to it, a snowflake in this case. The pullover sweater vest is optional but he likes to wear it, especially in cooler months. Oh, and that's not graying hair; it's his natural hair color.
