Description Your shoulders swing with your pace
As you cross the lawn
Drunk on sunlight and smiles from pretty girls
Siberian tiger stripes open and black
Cross your sun-marked face
Your prowl engages the air and wind
They brush through your hair
And the sunlight hits you in flecks of crimson
Bloodlike and strangely happy
Like life itself
Rested on your skin
Decided you were just beautiful
Gold hangs in your eyes
Like two tear drops
Caught with light at sunset
With calculating intensity
Reminiscent of the light I left so low
The candle I forgot to keep burning
And the thoughts I left inside my head
The needle bringing thread through my skin
Sealing my lips and keeping me from telling you
That you were the tiger on my front lawn

Wow....can I just say wow. This is gorgeous! I never knew that one could get so much out of the discovery channel. I commend you for doing so! I think that every line here is perfect...especially:

"Gold hangs in your eyes
Like two tear drops
Caught with light at sunset".

That is most beautiful and I love the image it brings to my mind. Beautiful..keep writing you talented thing, you.

kenzoi! that's magnificent! stunning. I love the description, the details, I love tigers! cord choice like: "Siberian tiger stripes open and black" so wonderful, so powerful, no repeats, no hanging parts. it's all tied in, though I'd change the word lawn, if you're interested in edits, I think jungle may work better, at first it seems to material and stuck in the mouth when you use lawn, something more, flow-ey, but this is defenatly going in favorites, I lvoe you!!
