Description A buzzing in my brain
An aching in my branches
Push me a little harder
Let me bend and break
In your winds
Let my leaves fall
In the winter of you
Don’t break me down
Don’t let me crack in two
In spite of you
Touch me where my bark gets knotted
Let your hands smooth my scarred flesh
A storm of you
Comes crashing through
Lightening strikes
Warmed by the fire
That at once makes me feel loved
And tears me in half
And I go astray
I push away the vines
That cling to me for strength
In exchange for the winds that would
Wreck me
I just enjoy the feeling
Of being bent
Being broken

interesting... i like how it all comes together in the end... although a bit more description and intimate detail could've made it a bit moodier i think this is fairly good anyhow... interesting, i just wrote a poem about a storm and a tree, well... kinda, but thats beyond the point... definitely potential for greatness in this one
