Yom Teruah is the Biblical name for Rosh Hashana (my church calls it the Feast of Trumpets; I wonder if that's common). This is a wish to those who celebrate this day, which started today at sunset, and ends tomorrow at sunset.
יום תרועה הוא השם של ראש השנה שמוצא בתנ״ך (כניסה שלי קורא לו חג החצוצרות; אני תוהה אם רב אנשים קורים לו השם הזה). זאת ברכה לכל שחגגים החג, שהתחיל היום בשקיעה ויצא מחר בשקיעה.
