How did you do the flowers, I'm thinking of painting similar ones to my wall.. any help or advice would be perfect. Love the idea

when it comes to traditional paintings, I think the key is to choose the right brushes, like most traditional paintings maybe you can start with a lighter colour...

As for this piece, some textures are scanned, you can also use the preset brushes from PS.

not using painter, find it difficult to control, I used CS2 and those preset brushes, but for this piece, I actually create some textures using traditional brush and ink.
