Well. This is a really rough sketch, I rarely post such things here, but I liked it too much.Some people could thought about these characters in this way before, some couldn't. The theme of this illustration is slightly... should I put a mature content filter here?.. But! Anyway, this idea IS NOT THE MAIN THEME OF THE PROJECT.
The "Phase shift" is a completely new project I've started to work on few months ago, in september. Inktober challenge illustrations I made this year were connected to some "Phase shift" story episodes, though as I said before, there's no actual story in its common meaning. This story is more like a bunch of thoughts, episodes, dreams, feelings, chaotic writings you could find in a diary. And the main themes of the project are loneliness and burnout.
Also in this alternative universe cyberpunk Earth world there's no usual names, only those which describe people in some obvious way, for their job, traits, etc. This is why these ones are Engineer and Creature
