I’ve been doing a lot of digital and ink sketching lately, decided it was time to decide revisit the OG.Referenced from a YouTube video I watched, about women’s fashion through the decades…the lipstick was was so on point >.<

I really like the composition of the photo. Since you decided to draw this because of the lipstick, it's only right that it's the main attraction of the photo! 
That said, I think you could had emphasized the teardrop about the mouth a bit more. You do hint at it in the drawing, but it's not enough I believe. Or perhaps, the brightness of the photo is too high. The neck is shaded too dark,
making it seem like her neck and face of are two completely different skin tones... (unless that was the trend for said decade? Regardless, you could had defined the collarbone and neck muscles. The hair looks rather stiff as well, so I
would prefer if you included some stray hairs on the right side. I do love the collar of the shirt/ dress and how it contrasts with the hair. The fold of the collar would look more refine and tidy if you straightened out the line on the bottom
a bit. Back to the face. The nose has too much shading, making it way too skinny to be natural, but her cheek contour is on point! The proportions of the face are great, and for some reason, my eyes can't stop admiring the ear haha.
It's just fantastic!
Anyways, feel free to ignore anything and everything I said earlier if you don't agree. You have some great things to work off of-- I mean, wow. Look at those lips and ear!!--but it never hurts to keep working at it

Thanks for the critique! I totally agree on the nose. The image I referenced off of had lighting at an angle so her neck was in shadow, but looking back on this piece I agree I should have taken some artistic license and brightened it. But, super solid hair was actually in at the time, it's kind of crazy. Must have been a pound of gel to keep it so perfect o_o

Woah that is slick. I've got charcoal pencils myself (can't find them sticks). I've gotta ask you: do you use more like a brush or a pencil?

Pencil, but only because I don't know how to use a brush >_> I've seen people do amazing things with brushes and I really want to try it out (love the smooth texture you get), but I haven't done any research on it so I really dunno how to start lol
