Background Info:
Khakx cant remember much of his background. He woke one day (he was fifteen) in a forest next to a stream. At that moment, he only remembered two things. My name is Khakx, and I was left for dead.

He stumbled around the forest, wondering where the hell he was and what the heck was going on. Eventually, he climbed a tree and saw smoke in the distance. He continued in that direction until he came across the kingdom of Laenuliel. He made his way through the slums, lost, and thought, "What s disgusting place this is." Since he woke up in fairly decent clothes, some slumdogs tried to mug him. Almost unconsciously, he slipped a dagger out of his boot and slashed the men up pretty badly, even killing one of them. Needless to say, he was shocked to oblivion, wondering, "Who am I?"

A petty thief (or some member of the thief guild) witnessed this sudden display of prowess and invited him to join the thief guild. At first, Khakx refused. He wanted to know who he was first. At the mention of this, the thief/thug/assassin mentioned that the leader of the guild was a long-lived (in human years) elf and that the thief guild was especially reknowned for current information. Khakx jumped at the opportunity. But no one knew who he was... either that, or they didnt want to tell him.

But the fight had began a foggy recovery of memories of who he was. In his previous life, he had blue eyes. He was raised in a town similar to this one, but not the same. Soon, he had some memories, but nothing past when he was 10. He's also missing major gaps, such as who his parents where, what town he was in, who trained him in fighting and thiefing...

He trained in the guild for two years, rising quickly in the ranks until he was an assassin. He has lost his intial shock at killing and has become a cool, efficient assassin.

He tries to hold on to his childish innocence (he thought of himself as 10 years old) but knows that he cant be that way. At night, he is haunted by dreams of unending columns and a girl with a red ribbon.

Personality:
The first year, he was an innocent (though evil) person who was completely clueless. He was very impulsive, saying whatever he thought whenever he thought. And most of the time, it wasnt nice. Despite this, he was able to make lots of "friends" outside of his guild. After all, a assassin is hired by everyone. (Except the clergy, who mostly despise Khakx guts. Read on to find out why.)

But over the next year, his personality was replaced by what is perhaps his true persona (in the years that are missing). He is cool, sardonic, and very untrusting. He always keeps his cool in a mission, even when its is status critical. Khakx's nonchalent attitude toward death often annoying his more virtuous companions who claim he takes death too casually. And why shouldnt he? Death his is duty. He's still impulsive, saying whatever he feels like saying about people, carrying out his plans without warning. Unless its a mission. At that point, he gets very serious. He has no qualms about killing people (he enjoys the excitement of life slipping through his blade), on missions, he remains as clean as possible, killing only those that are necessary. He's very OCD about cleanness (During a mission. His room is a landfill.).

He's also developed a great love of money. His employers often find their wallet a good deal lighter... if they can find their wallet. He also almost never misses a chance to relieve his victims of their valuables.

Though he seems a thoroughly evil person, he's still enough of his ten year old self to be loyal to his companions and people he respect. He's very willing to sacrifice his time (not life, he thinks he can defeat most people) to save others. Despite his love of money, he is always willing to give some to his friends and guild members. After all, he'll probably just get more soon.

I'm so proud of myself. I did the whole body pic all in study hall and the head shot at lunch/AMAC. All in all, I think I spent more time on the head shot than the whole entire body pic. o_o FAIL.

But I kinda did the hilights different on the headshot cuz =sabakugaara taught me a new way to do it. Thanks!

ALSO! Khakx is one of my oldest characters. He got yet another revamp again. I think it happens every year around this time, when I remember him. LOL.
