This is a new picture of Fred Oliver from CER Two's new upcoming animated series for preschoolers called The Olivers, which has a new purple/yellow dress, posing as requested by Daniysusamigos.This is used in the new upcoming The Olivers kaleidoscope promo on CER Two: Toys R Us-styled TV of which the picture will be revised due to the fact that its new animated series for preschoolers will be created by one of Dora's creators, Chris Gifford.
