doing some writing - but its so hard not to draw the characters! did some really rough sketches of this guy - liked this one so i lined it, filled it with color and put it up for you to see
He's from the same universe as Swiftkill and friends - but lived and died many generations ago.
Nightingale is probably the most masterful hunter thats living at his time. He's the only wolf to take down a Great Horn (megaloceros) single-handedly. His techniques can only be described as artful. Quite a bit older than he looks,Β he is very patient, has a smart sense of humor and is wise on a wide range of topics. He has a rather keen interest in human affairs, although the site of his dark form frightens villagers.Β
Nightingale speaks in poetic metaphors, which which is what earned him his moniker. No one knows his birthname.

I miss you guys with BBA and when I see this ... it would be epic to have flashbacks in the comic, like if they would talk about the infamous hunter, etc. ^^.
Dunno, even if the story was not as deep, I always enjoyed BBA and I am sure a lot of people would be happy with uncolored versions, just to see the comic coming back <333.

thanks - i have something in the works. i know people would enjoy it even if the story wasnt great, but i still want to do better - so i have been really making sure i have a solid story before i release anything new! thanks for the support

Very interesting character, I like it. Β It would be cool if you did a sort of mini comic where he was thinking poetically to himself while he was about to take out prey/ as he was doing it.

Love the art! I'm so glad to see something from the universe as Swiftkill and the others. I was a fan of the comic and disappointed to see it discontinued- but it's good to see the world hasn't been forgotten!
