Anna and Yaret celebrate their union in the company of their most intimate friends, both Alva and human. On Yaret's side, the guests are his late father's soulfriend and his own mentor Llewelys Dé Moire, who also helped Anna during her adventure in the Otherworld years ago, as well as his beloved friend Féargas Dé Egore from his early years on Alvaheim. On Anna's side, it's her best friend from college Genie (aka Eugenia Sokolova).

Yaret is a 7th Century Angle from Northumbria, whose father was an Alva (or, as the Dark Ages humans called those advanced humanoid aliens, an elf), who for the last thirteen hundred years have lived in the Otherworld. Anna Reily is a modern day human woman, a psychologist by trade. The story of their first meeting may be found here .
