I love how quickly you can sculpt faces in zbrush. It actually becomes a wonderful reference tool.
And of course this is beautiful!

What a wonderful sculpture. Good use of volume and texture. However, if you were trying to achieve a somewhat realistic look I'd recommend to make the mouth deeper. It feels a bit shallow, or almost like a drawn line on a sketch. Though, I'm aware that it was a sketch and it's not the most simple thing in the world to do.

Not saying Mudbox is all bad, every program has its strong suit but I prefer zbrush over mudbox anyday.
