"Mommy where are we going?" Ivy asks as she skips through the streets of Magnolia with her parents.
"We go to the reopening of the cathedral, you're exited?" Her mother answers with her soft lovely voice.
Ivy smiles cheerfully, but quickly looks less happy.
"What's it, little one?" asks her father.
"Why doesn't Onii-chan come along?" she asks with tears in her big blue eyes.
"Don't worry, child. He's fine, he is just busy." her father answers.
"With wha-" she can't finish her question before someone bumps into her.
"Natsu, wait for me!" someone screams.
"Uhm, sorry my bad. You're okay?" a boy with pink hair asks Ivy, who is laying on the ground. A blue cat comes from behind him.
"Don't worry, I'm okay!" Ivy says happily.
"Natsu, don't run away!" the blue cat sa-wait a minute, it's a flying, talking cat?!
"Daddy, that cat is talking!" Ivy screams scared and hides behind her dad.
"No, no, uhm, don't worry! This is my cat Happy and my name's Natsu." the pink haired boy whose name's Natsu says with a bright smile.
"And what are you doing here all alone?" Ivy's father asks.
"I'm not alone, just a little late, that's all." He says happily.
"Late?" repeats Ivy's mother.
"Yeah, my guildmates are waiting for me at the cathedral!" Ivy's eyes shine with happiness.
"Y-you are in Fairy Tail?!" she asks overjoyed.
"Yeah, awesome right!" says Natsu.
"When I am grown up, I will join too! Daddy will learn me to use magic soon! My brother is learning to use it too!" she says proudly.
"That is great!" Natsu says.
"Will you wait for me?" Ivy asks
"Sure, I will wait for you, I promise!" says Natsu while shaking Ivy's hand.
Suddenly a purple light appears out of nowhere. And there in the smoke, Ivy's brother.
"Mommy, daddy!" Ivy screams while sitting next to her parents dead bodies. Tears rolling down from her cheeks. Natsu lays on the ground shocked by what happened.
"You are going with me, sweetheart." The boy who is Ivy's brother says.
"No Kilian, let me go! Mommy, Daddy, Natsu someone help me!" she screams while Kilian drags her away, into the dust.
