great painting.
I have to say that I like the film a LOT more than the book.

I very much enjoyed the book of Skellig. However, when I saw the movie, I was abit disappointed in who they chose to play Skellig. As when I was reading the book, the discription that it gave and Mina saying 'Your beautiful' once or twice in the book gave me the impression of Skellig beeing much more.. how do I say this.. Attractive. Dark scruffy hair, abit beaten up, but much better looking. Dont get me wrong, I enjoyed the film anyway, but I just like the book more since it lets me think of what the characters look like. ^-^

The movie follows the book almost exactly. I love it when movies made from books do that.

My favorite ones are the original Grimms Fairy Tales. I have a complete collection of them and it's always fun to read them and then look at how Disney has changed them. lol

Love that film... and there was a curious story with the book. When I wanted to buy it, it went out that there were none, so I ordered it... and it was in the cover of my ETERNALLY favourite color - dark blue... That's just destiny - the book was for me. Heh, coinscidences.
