This. took like three days to finish. XD That is ridiculous. As such, have a commentary:
1. I am a dirty cheater.
2. It's so true. The answer is: I have no idea.
3. I really like chibi!Steve. <3
4. Anyone who has played REmake knows exactly which hallway I'm talking about. |8 It didn't even have the common courtesy to not be NOTICEABLY red ages before it even 'woke up'.
5. If you're gonna be adventuring, do it with Brad. At least until after the mansion incident. After that, run away. D:

(I was going to have Joseph shouting "I'm not dead!" from off-screen to further the homage, but it was funnier without it, I think.)

Just as you have in your description, I will utilise a numerical list to describe my love for your attempt at this meme! 8D
1. Naturally, Kat doesn't go anywhere near Resident Evil without cheats. Or me. Or a bazooka. Unless it's Umbrella Chronicles. 8B *hit*
2. I know the reason. The characters are hilarious, there’s a really deep (and complex) backstory, and you love Steve. Problem solved!
3. THIS is my favourite panel, for so many reasons. :3 I like the happy expression on Kat, but the dual Luger Steve pose with all the shading and the orange outlines and his quote is just awesome. <3 You need to revise that into a full deviation of its own. Chibi-Steve made me laugh, but poor Rebecca chmbrs made me laugh more.
4. God, Crimson Heads. They're kind of legendary now. Remember when we grabbed the door milliseconds before it would have sliced through us? XD Memories of the Spencer mansion...
Not that we went anywhere without the best guns in the game. 
And is Kat actually checking the time here before a standard zombie re-animates as a Crimson Head? Because that would be an awesome detail.
5. The real question is this: was it you who threatened Brad to take off!? Fess up. Now the truth has been revealed!
6. … I don’t think I even need to say anything here. The dazed-out “8D” expression on undead!Kat is priceless. Time for a T-teaparty! (I can’t believe I just said that)
7. Man, she deserves it. Nobody likes her. Chris wanted her dead, Wesker wanted her dead, and obviously Claire wanted her dead. At least Alfred had a comical element to him in that he was utterly useless.
8. She thinks she’s so great, with her Tyrant strength and pyromancer abilities. Bah. I love Kat’s reaction to the chair here, though.
9. Awww, he probably just wants a hug. *hit* The way you’ve drawn him here, he’s more “WTF” than threatening. *Cue freaky-“S.T.A.R.S.” voice*
10. I wonder what he’d do for asking Claire to marry him. “Hai Cle-air. Please stand in the middle of this nuclear test facility…” o_0
11. I’m amazed at how faithfully you’ve recreated the style of that flash here. I guess it’s not that complicated, but still…
12. He totally counts in my book. Regenerating impaled holes could certainly be considered a mutation. And the super-jumping. Plus he’s awesome. >.>
13. The only scenarios I can see for Wesker following you home are:
a) That’s a really big virus vial you’re carrying on your back. *hit*
b) You’re fighting his new B.O.W ( in which case, run/bazooka).
All in all, awesome work. <3 Shall I do the meme as well? That might be amusing. It’d be all… terrible stick men, and pictures of Wesker.
