Just a not so quick sketch, probably three to four hours on it. 8 1/2 x 11 paper, .5 mechanical pencil with "B" lead, and alot of erasing.

Based on a real world event. My car had an electrical fault so I took it to the mechanic. The problem was a bad fuse that looked good but wasn't. But while it was being fixed I had a chance to wander around the shop. And saw this tucked into a back corner. As soon as I saw those tail lights I knew what I was looking at, but couldn't believe I was seeing what I was seeing.

Hard to tell from my fuzzy sketch but this is a 5000 model with four valves per cylinder, a big deal in the late 1980's. Lamborghini only made 600 of these cars.

This Contach was being rebuilt, the engine bay was empty and the interior stripped. But with that fresh white paint the car was still stunning. I was afraid to touch it, I'd leave a fingerprint...
