There is a 10 minute snipe guard! Bidding will not end until the final bid is unchallenged for 10 minutes.
This means that if someone bids within the last 10 minutes of the auction,
the end time for that adopt is extended by 10 minutes going by the latest bids timestamp.
Don't get mad at me if someone snipes you and you're not around to contest it. ;A;

If your payment sends as an E-check or paypal holds it, I will hold the adopt until it clears.
After payment has been received, I'll send you the
unwatermarked, full res, backgroundless files by note.
the adopt then belongs to you.
Trades, gifts and reselling for no more than what you paid is fine.
You are allowed to make any changes you wish,
including modifying the design for a MYO, merging multiple designs, only using the outfit, etc.
Commercial use rights are granted on an individual basis, shoot me a DM to discuss!
