Mmm... That squiggoth have some troubles with anatomy. His legs looks like spiked tentacles, and he could not close his mouth with that teef. So, more looks like some monster from warp, than an ork`s domestic animal. But damn, thats good painting!

awesome tusky horns and tongues on this beast! i feel the background is very flat though. possibly another layer behind the trees, like clouds or something? just for another bit of depth
