How'd you achieve all those different effects in SAI? Like the background pattern and the torn edges and all?

I drew this over a year ago, so I'll try to recall the best I can. Anyway I used the pen tool with the brush set fooor.... I think Street-1 blotmap?? I used two different stock texture images and overlaid them, one on just her body and a different one in her hair. I used the magic wand tool to select the area I wanted the texture to overlay, then inverted the selection and erased the part of the stock image I wasn't going to use. Then I changed the layer mode to multiply. Then I just adjusted the opacity of that layer to what I felt like looked good.
