My new profile picture~I wanted a new one and felt that it's been a while since I drew chibi. I've also wanted it to be food-based (as is my habit, with my previous prof pic). Plus, since I admire military uniforms, this was based on that as well. I had Cdr. Doughnut in mind as a name, but it's not entirely doughnut-based. So my sister offered a more fitting name, Commander Dough.
Concept design could be found in my [Scraps] folder, because I thought it was a little waste to simply delete it. (･ω･)b
