I. HAVE. BEEN. IMPROVING.
Okay in all serious, I have been gone for most of the summer because I was trying to improve on my art skills. I have now got Clip Studio Paint Pro as my new art program and so far, and I have to say it's a REALLY good art program. (I'm sorry Art Rage, you've been with me for a year but now ye have to go)
So yea. While drawing this, I found the watercolor brush which REALLY helps with blending considering I'm doing all my coloring and shading on one layer only.

Tools I used:
Watercolor brush (Blending and shadows)
Air brush (Lighting, background and a little bit of blending)
Dense watercolor brush (Outline and coloring)
Rough pencil (Sketching)
Subtool: Friction (Bloodstain)
Subtool: Gauzecloud (Background effects)

Hopefully I'll submit stuff more frequently because heck I love this new program. But at the same time school (Ew school) is going to throw homework at me so I'm not exactly sure if I could submit artwork as much as I would like to.
