Buona Festa della Repubblica Italiana!An Italian one to go with France's, only this one is done is a different style. I was going for a more "Gibson-y" look. Don't know how well I achieved it since I'm a terrible inker.
So, who is she? Italia Turrita , who in my mind is totally Rome's daughter and the Italy bros' mother.
