Wow that's a fancy title for such a muddle Another one done over a year ago.

OK, this was something for uni so it demanded depth and meaning. I have some of the notes I handed it in under:

"Like Max Ernst, my picture deals with the intricacy and chaotic terror within nature beset by the realisation that there is also a beauty within it mortal human beings can never hope to completely emulate and understand. Out of the randomness comes structure to focus the picture, a tree of life which runs from top to bottom, standing tall and noble, crisscrossed and almost hidden by the plethora of vegetation over it and around it. "

I have since forgotten who Max Ernst is and look at the above with a mixture of amusement and horror Thank goodness the subject was a one-off.

To make this I basically got 4 different photos of a forest canopy and melded them together with a filter or two. It was more for fun at the start, but a sort of tree shape began to emerge in the middle and the effect looked pretty nice.

Anyhow, I think it's nifty
