The Ringmaster is a demon that obtains most of his power through the staff he holds. Ringmaster doesn't seem to have an actual name. He was fascinated by the idea of an endless carnival and due to his demonic nature, he is able to twist the people who join into something they weren't before, hence the carnival's name (Monster Carnival).
Ringmaster is mischievous and a little cruel in his ways, though he does love to have fun and entertain people.
