Description This is the first of my many attempts, previous and forth-coming, of wet-folding. It's really exciting!! This is the first model that i've wet-folded that actually turned out well. I looked into "Advanced Origami" by Michael LaFosse and tried to learn what I could. I'm also at college now and so my resources are limited to like...kami and foil. But my RA had a stack of construction paper, so I used that.

Folded from unknown size construction paper from Michael LaFosse's "Advanced Origami"

I love this model! Its one of my favorites!

It could not have been easy to finish with construction paper too! When I wetfold I like to use scrapbooking paper. I've found packs of 100 sheets at WalMart for around $12-15. Its precut into 12-inch squares with colorful patterns on one side, and is very well suited for wetfolding without being as thick and rigid as construction paper. It dries out very quickly though, so keeping it wet enough to fold without being so wet that it falls apart can be tricky at first.
