He glitters and shimmers and glows
I used Diamine's Shimmering Seas ink, white paint, shimmer powder, and Noodler's Blue Ghost ink, and I'm planning on trying to put it on a shirt. It really reminds me of the Inquisitor from Dragon Age Inquisition with his glowing left hand.
