FINALLY FINISHED.As I imagine it, this is in the height of the war.
Part of my collaboration with ! (Sorry for the long wait, btw. School's a bitch.) She drew the amazing lineart, and I colored.
I'm actually really satisfied with the background for once, though painting clouds is harder than it looks. 
Of course England is in his navy uniform, and America in his Air Force. It's so fitting for each of them, I love it.

Thanks! It might be kinda dark though...when we put it all together, if it's still dark I can lighten it up
