the short hair seems logical, as it is the same thing arya did to survive. yet it takes away what is typical for sansas appearance.
I like that, it gives a new perspective on a character.
yet i feel that sandor looks a bit too bald here. he aint no prince or pretty guy, and I am not sure wether to like this way you drew him (because it is plausible) or not to like it (because he really doesnt look "good" in any way).
i guess I'll have to have a look again in a few days

Yeah it does, and I agree! You have to look at her roughing it from a different perspective, not just internally but externally as well. Ha, I was actually thinking about his hair, too. Every time they describe him, it seems most of the hair has burnt off on the left, but there's still patches towards the back when the brasier didn't melt the skin. But I think I should add some short shards or a little more.Β

I am not sure, but I believe to remember that it is written somewhere, that he tries to cover the burn with some of his hair, that should fall to his uninjured side.

Yes, I guess I just go back and forth. His hair is described as thin (which I actually make his more luscious like on the show), and so I imagine a man with thin hair and little to no hair on the burnt side, it's probably not a lot to cover with. But I could be wrong, I should probably get a second opinion.
