Some of those WERE really bad weren't they? But I have to say Usagi's Pause For Monologue speeches were worse.

All he needs is one speech and the villain is OUT! Why Sailor Moon wasn't smart enough to just put Tuxedo Kamen and his big mouth in front of her and tell him to talk when she needed help, I have no idea. The villains would drop like flies to bug spray.
